We’re proud to announce that Capitol Impact is now the Advanced Manufacturing Sector Coordinator for the North San Joaquin Valley. In this role, we are leading strategy and implementation of regional activities to strengthen and innovate the manufacturing sector. This work is in close partnership with the Manufacturers Council of the Central Valley (MCCV) and North Valley THRIVE.
Backed by California Jobs First, this 15-month initiative will strengthen the advanced manufacturing ecosystem in Merced, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus counties—focusing on talent development, industry convening, and long-term infrastructure for inclusive economic growth.
As a statewide social impact firm with deep experience in public-private partnerships, sector strategy, and regional capacity-building, Capitol Impact will:
- Develop and implement the Advanced Manufacturing Activation Plan
- Support county-level and regional collaboration
- Embed equity and inclusion into economic strategy
- Leverage our Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) expertise to build responsive, employer-driven talent solutions
