Program Manager (Workforce + Education)
Capitol Impact is recruiting for the position of Program Manager
This position sits on the Workforce and Education Team, which focuses on delivering a variety of strategic research, design thinking, technical assistance, capacity building, governance management, and facilitation services. Our clients and partners span city and state agencies, philanthropies, K-16 educational institutions, workforce agencies, community-based organizations, and more. The Program Manager will assume a portfolio of 2-3 projects and clients under the direct supervision of a Program Director. The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and executing key initiatives that advance our clients’ vision and goals. This position requires a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and proactive leader who can oversee multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards. The Program Manager will collaborate with the Program Director, team members, and clients to drive project success.
Program Associate

The Program Associate will be responsible for a range of tasks including writing and research, scheduling and logistics, client correspondence, clerical, and administrative duties. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong communication skills to support the smooth operation of our programs.
